How to Set Up an Upsell Flow on Your Sales Page

With an upsell, your customers are redirected to one or more order pages after completing the first order. You offer your customers additional products for purchase there. The customer can then buy this additional product with just one click.

In this article, we explain how you can easily create an upsell.

Click on Upsell flows in the blue bar on the left.

To create an upsell flow, you need to create your own landing page. You can then make your customers one or more additional sales offers there.

You can find the individual steps for creating upsell flows here:
1. click on the "+ New" button to create a new upsell flow.
2. please give your flow a description (a name).
3. in the "Initial product" area, select the main product. This is the product that the customer buys first.
4. click on the plus symbol to create a step. A step is a step that your customer takes in the sales process.
5. in the new step, you now select one or more products that will be offered to the customer in this upsell step.
6. you can add as many additional steps as you like by clicking on the plus symbol.

7. use the gray rectangles to define the follow-up steps for a purchase or a non-purchase. This allows you to be creative and design different scenarios/logics according to your needs. Each step is numbered (1, 2, 3, etc.). The “Thank You” page is displayed as a small "target flag".

8. the system provides you with a link for each product and step (purchase or non-purchase). You will receive these links after an upsell flow has been successfully created and saved. To do this, go to "Edit" and copy the relevant links. You must place the links on your landing page on the corresponding buy or don't buy buttons. (The links that you receive immediately when creating an upsell flow are not yet the final links).

9. please enter the URL of your landing page in the "Location" field.

10. click on "Save" to save your progress

11. your last page is always the “Thank You” page. The “Thank You” page is automatically provided by affilicon. The page contains a list of the customer's purchased products and, if available, access to your products.
