With a cross-sell, you have the option of offering your customers additional products on the order page during the order process.
To create the cross-sell, click on “Edit” to edit a product that has already been created and then go to the ”Cross selling" tab. Then select “Add a cross-selling item”.
Then select the product you would like to offer together with the original product in the shopping cart from the drop-down menu. Optionally, you can also enter a discount for the respective product. Then don't forget to click on “Add product”.
You can include several normal single products. It is also possible to add a subscription product. Once you have selected all the products, don't forget to click on “Save” at the bottom.
The shopping cart on the payment form now contains your main product plus all other added products. The buyer can now select the products they would like to purchase in addition to the main product.

Add a preselected product
We can also activate another function for you. You can specify that a product is to be displayed pre-selected on the order form. This is particularly useful for free products, as it further increases the perceived value of the purchase for your customer. We have to activate this function manually for security reasons. Simply contact our support team. We will then enable this feature for you.
